All-West Audition Registration

Directors,

Registration for All-West auditions is now open. Please use the following spreadsheets to register your students. To complete your registration, please do the following:

1. There is a spreadsheet for each group. To help prevent errors and speed up the All-State decision process, please check the following:
   • If you have a student auditioning for multiple groups, you have entered their name the exact same way each time.
   • You spelled your school correctly on every spreadsheet
   • You entered your information the same way on every spreadsheet
   • You did not put the first name in the last name column and vice versa
2. Save each spreadsheet with your school name and group. Ex. “WestColliervilleMiddle6-8Band”.
3. Email your spreadsheets to Susan Spain.
4. Mail your registration fees and Audition Invoice to Darrell Evans. You must include the invoice.
5. Do all of this by Friday, October 23rd.
