Event cancellations or rescheduling are based on existing weather conditions and/or weather predictions. In the event of impending inclement weather, the executive committee will collaborate to make the best decision to ensure event validity and, above all, student and adult safety.
In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, or any other unusual event, attempts to reschedule the event will be made based on facility availability and feasibility.
The following statement will be posted on the WTSBOA website prior to making a final decision regarding the upcoming event: “The executive committee is currently monitoring the weather situation and the potential impact for the upcoming event. Please check the WTSBOA website regularly for updated information.
