I want to first apologize for the confusion. The orchestra clarinet audition should have been revised earlier. This one is on me.
I know some groups knew about the correct key and have been practicing with a clarinet in A or they have already transposed it.
I also know that some have practiced the excerpt as written.
For the audition, your student may perform it either way. The judge will be instructed to adjudicate with these guidelines.
