Don’t forget to bring your instrument for the New Music Reading Session on Friday, February 13 at 1:45pm!

• Meeting #2 is at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 12th in Room 108 in the Convention Center.
• To add a motion or announcement to the agenda, submit it here by 8AM Thursday.
• The event caucus meeting is at 9:00 AM Friday in the Executive Boardroom. All spring semester event and site chairs, please plan to be there.

All All-State music links have been emailed. If you were expecting an email but did not receive one, or if a link is not working, please contact Pam Wilensky,  pamwilensky@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note: All-State rosters are not final until after the All-West Clinic. Do not register students until February 14.

Concert festival online registration is still due by February 13th. However, due to the snow days, the postmark deadline for checks has been extended until February 18th. You may still bring checks to All West / the February meeting next week. This applies to the Memphis Area Band Concert Festival, Orchestra Concert Festival, and UTM Concert Festival.
