All-West Parking

All-West Parking

Parking is available in the Renasant Convention Center for $10.00 a day.  This is cheaper than the Sheraton Hotel, which is valet only and $30.00 per day. You can schedule in advance the days you will be parking in the convention center following the directions below.

On the website and in the app select the day you will be parking & the end time (the system requires end time, but it is all day parking), select “View Rate”, then select “Park Here”. This will take you to a check out page. You will need to input your car license plate number & state.

All-West Concessions

WTSBOA and The Renasant Convention Center is proud to offer concessions during the All-West Convention. Concessions will be setup in the main lobby of the convention center. We will offer snacks and drinks Thursday afternoon, breakfast sandwiches and warm beverages Friday morning, and hot concessions will be available Friday afternoon.

TBA Honors Recital Submissions

Below is the link to the TBA Honors Recital Application and where you will download your student’s performance.  The deadline for these submissions is March 7th at 3:30 pm.  One change this year is that they are asking for these to be YouTube links to videos of performances.  Entry fee is $25  and are to be postmarked by March 7th as well.  Payments are to be sent to the following address:

All-West Hotel Information

The All-West hotel block is now open, and closes January 31, 2025.  All schools need to use the spreadsheets below to register in the WTSBOA All-West room block at the Sheraton Hotel. WTSBOA is financially responsible for all unsold rooms in our block, so it is important to fill our block. Staying in the hotel isn’t just convenient for you and your students, it supports our association.

The spreadsheets have been updated and will calculate your stay’s total at the bottom. Note that there is a standard spreadsheet and a tax-exempt spreadsheet. If using tax-exempt, make sure you submit your school or association’s tax-exempt form with your spreadsheet.

Parents and friends will be able to reserve any available rooms in the All-West block beginning January 27, 2025. They can email Alexandria Thomas at athomas@sheratonmemphisdowntown.com to request getting into the All-West block. Please share this info with parents!
