All-West String Audition Parking Map

The CHS parking map for the strings audition area is posted below. Please have your students use the correct entrance.

SHELBY DRIVE IS CLOSED from  CHS to HWY 72.  Please use Byhalia Rd to get to CHS.
All Auditions will enter CHS Campus from the main entrance.

All-West Audition Job Assignments

If your name is NOT on the Jobs List, please email Officers@wtsboa.org.
All directors need to sign-in at Collierville High School on November 22 at 7:15 AM. We will start with an informational meeting.
Per the WTSBOA Bylaws:
Article VI, Section 2
-All directors must be present at any WTSBOA event that they have students participating
-All directors must work the entire event in which his/her students participate.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your students being disqualified.

All-West Workshop for band students, Nov. 8

Cordova High will be hosting an All-West workshop for band this Saturday, November 8th at Cordova High School, 1800 Berryhill Road. We’ll have clinicians from the University of Memphis. The workshop will begin at 10:00 a.m. and run until 2:00 p.m. Most importantly, this event is free for all students who would like to attend. Please direct all questions surrounding this event to Roderick White Director of Bands, WHITERN@scsk12.org.
