Below is the link for TBA Honors Recital. All the instructions should be in the application. Applications are due by February 27th. Checks need to be postmarked by Feb 23rd, made payable to WTSBOA, and sent to Kathryn Moore at 8161 Hwy 45 S, Martin, TN 38237. The registration fee is $25.
